At Javylon, we make it easy for you to follow your order every step of the way, from our warehouse to your doorstep.


📦 When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email


🔍 How to Track Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your:

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping carrier information

  • Tracking link

You can use this information to follow your package in real time.


🚚 Tracking Updates

Your tracking may show updates such as:

  • Order confirmed

  • In transit

  • Arrived at local facility

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


⏳ My Tracking Isn’t Updating

If your tracking information is not updating:

  • Wait up to 48 hours after shipment (this is normal)

  • Check again as the carrier updates their system

  • Contact us if there is no movement after several days


📍 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us directly

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier

  • We will offer a replacement or solution if needed
