  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends are processed the next business day

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Javylon is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward.

If this happens, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

We will still assist you where possible.
